EYECARE EXPERTS (at SAMs CLUB in Stafford)

A thorough eye evaluation to check for conditions like cataract, glaucoma,  
diabetes, hypertensive retinopathy, conjunctivitis (pink-eye), 
dry eyes, retinal detachment, retinopathy caused by Plaquenil etc. 
(This exam is normally covered by your health insurance) Exam includes 
dilation and other specialized testing and retinal imaging. 
(Contact lens fitting service may be requested with an additional fee)

Comprehensive Eye Exam

Problem focused exams are brief consultations (medical evaluation) for 
pink eye, red eye, dry eyes, pain in the eyes etc. or other eye problems. 

Problem Focused/ Brief Exam

Contact lens exam to determine the prescription of optical and physical characteristics of and fitting of contact lens, 
with medical supervision of adaptation of Soft contact lenses. 


Contact Lens Exam

Routine vision exam to determine the prescription of eyeglasses. 

Routine Vision Exam

Comprehensive eye exam to check for effects of diabetes in the eye and in the retina. 
During this appointment the doctor will dilate your pupils and thoroughly check the 
structure inside the eye to rule out any effects of diabetes in the eye/retina. 
Includes retinal imaging or digital retinal photography (if ordered by the doctor)
